D'mitra Marouchos
My passion is my profession, and I have been providing Orthotic and prosthetic services since 2015.
I started my professional career at a private practice in Durban KwaZulu – Natal, and during the first year of my employment I also completed an advance wound care course through the University of the Free State.
I spent four years in private practice, and then moved on to serve with the government solely manufacturing prosthetics for four and a half years.
In February 2024 I challenged myself and flew to Guatemala to do Non-Profit work with the Range of Motion Organization, providing prosthetic services to those in need. I look forward to serving with NPO’s in the future, to challenge myself and enhance my skills through exposure in the field.
The uniqueness of our profession is what keeps my passion to serve alive. Every individual is a new challenge to work together and conquer.
I strive to empower, motivate, and provide the best possible service I can to each of my patients. Utilizing the qualifications and experience I have, to ensure my patients lives are elevated in all aspects applicable to the services I can provide them.
